SPECIAL JOHN KNOX RANCH OPPORTUNITY!!!

John Knox Ranch still has spaces available for the Leadership Development Adventure Camps: Beach camp and High adventure.  The Leadership Development Adventure Camps are designed for rising 10th and 11th graders to explore their personal limits and the power of community in unfamiliar territory.  They are encouraged to return as rising 11th and 12th graders to continue challenging themselves in adventure camps or attend the second part of the Leaders in Development (LID) program where the focus shifts to servant leadership and camp leader skills.  Upon successful completion of the program, campers my apply to be members of the staff as Junior Counselors as rising 12th graders and high school graduates.

Beach Camp:  The beach adventure is held at First Presbyterian Church in Rockport with plenty of opportunities to practice basic and more advanced skills in sailing, surfing, and sandcastle-making (no experience necessary).  This adventure is recommended to any rising 10th or 11th grader who wishes to participate.

High Adventure:  The high adventure trip is for those who want to experience closer-to-home challenges.  This year we will be focusing on land and water sports such as water skiing, kayaking, and adventures on the high ropes course.  This adventure is recommended for anyone who wishes to participate.

If you sign up now, John Knox Ranch will give you a $50 discount on these amazing summer camp sessions.  These sessions are first come, first serve so sign up now!  Spaces are limited!  Scholarship money is also available upon request.

There is still room left in residential and day camp sessions as well, don't forget to sign up your kids!  (Special discount only applies to adventure camps, but scholarship money is available for everyone.)
