During the Summer months we take time off from our regular program. Instead our upstairs will be transformed into a recreation area -
we will have games to play, computers to use, movies to watch, snacks to eat and video games to play.
Sundays
9:30-10:30 a.m. - Fun and Games
10:50 a.m. - Worship - Children's Sermon during worship
Extended Church - During the Summer we will again work on spiritual practices - after which the children will play upstairs until they are picked up.
Would you like to tell a Children's Sermon or share a Spiritual Practice?
Contact Pastor Kenny, 226-6254 or kennyd@msqpc.org, if you would like to volunteer.

Looking for a place to recycle electronics, styrofoam, cardboard?
Look no longer! We have a place in downtown San Antonio, Corona Visions, Inc., 521-7612, at 411 N. Medina, just southwest of IH 10 and Martin St.
Corona Visions, Inc. is a zero waste stream recycler, providing high quality electronic recycling, eliminating the risk of electronic waste ending up as landfill.
They are mentioned in the National Geography article, January 2008, “High-Tech Trash,” page 75.
From their website, www.coronavisions.com, “We do not allow hazardous or toxic electronics to be sent to landfills or incinerators, prisons or overseas to developing countries neither directly nor through intermediaries. Corona Visions takes great precautions to ensure that all e-waste is disposed of properly.”
And Corona Visions erases all memory devices using the same technology as the U. S. Department of a Defense.
Corona Visions charges for recycling electronics, depending on the amount, between $2 and $20.

Greetings from the children’s center:
Summer is almost gone and school days are just around the corner.
We have had a great summer with lots of fun activities. This year we are staying good bye to several of our pre-school children. Three of them have been here since their infant days.
Inez Gomez – August - 2003 thru August / 2008
Mary Sanchez – October -2003 thru August 2008
Makayla Rodriguez May 2004 thru August 2008
We have been blessed to see them grow physically and developmentally throughout the years. What an amazing transformation. The best part is that we had the pleasure of caring for their older siblings in the mid 90’s. Kudos to all our wonderful teachers for the love and patience they have for all our children year after year.
Please continue to keep our children's center in your prayers. Thank you for your continued support.
